AN ACT relating to voting.
     Create new section of KRS Chapter 117 to provide that any qualified voter in the county may, on the three days before any election, apply to vote on a voting machine in the county clerk's office or other place designated by the county board of elections and approved by the State Board of Elections and may vote absentee on the day of election, provide that the county board of elections shall provide a reasonable number of hours of voting for this purpose, provide that county board of elections may provide for a longer period of absentee voting, provide that absentee ballots be cast and tabulated in the same manner as provided by KRS Chapter 117.
