AN ACT relating to forest lands.
     Create working group to set guidelines for reassessing managed forestland by the "cash rent" method; authorize the creation of Classified Stewardship Forest status through compliance with forest stewardship or management plans; provide that status makes privately-owned forestland eligible for reassessment by local property valuation administrators; provide for withdrawal from classified status by payment of back taxes; direct the Division of Forestry to perform periodic inspections to ensure compliance; create process for involuntary termination of classified status.
