AN ACT relating to incarceration of inmates.
     Amend KRS 532.100 to authorize the Commissioner of Corrections to allow nonviolent Class D and C felons who are not sex offenders to serve the final year of their sentence outside of the detention facility if the offender wears an electronic monitoring device.
