AN ACT relating to the agricultural development fund.
Amend KRS 248.711 to limit the amount of cost-share that an applicant from a tobacco dependent county would have to apply toward a project, based on that county's tobacco dependency.
HB 421 - AMENDMENTS
HCS - Delete the original provisions of the bill; create the Agricultural Development Fund Task Force to study the effectiveness of the distribution of tobacco settlement dollars to tobacco farmers in Kentucky; name the task force members; report any legislative proposals to LRC by December 31, 2003.
HFA (1, M. Denham) - Change the date for presenting any legislative changes to the LRC from December 31 to November 1.
