AN ACT relating to cremation.
     Amend KRS 72.450 relating to the disposal of a dead body or a part thereof by a coroner when the spouse or next of kin cannot be located or is unable to or refuses to bury the body, to give coroners the option of cremation or burial at the expense of the fiscal court, consolidated local government, or urban-county government.
