AN ACT relating to the Kentucky Early Intervention System.
Amend KRS 200.664 and KRS 200.658, relating to the Kentucky Early Intervention System, to develop outcome measures and require annual assessment and evaluation.
HB 484 - AMENDMENTS
HCS - Retain original provisions except delete requirement that children be assessed annually; require parental agreement to accept responsibility for learning skills and participating in the child's plan.
