AN ACT relating to lead poisoning prevention.
     Amend KRS 211.900 to add the definition of "affected property"; create new sections of KRS Chapter 211 to establish lead-free and lead-safe certification requirements, establish a lead accreditation fund to be used for certification activities, require owners of affected properties to register with the cabinet; establish civil immunity for certified owners; require liability insurance policies to cover affected properties that are certified; provide for a tax credit for the costs certification; authorize the cabinet to promulgate administrative regulations to carry out the provisions of this Act.
