AN ACT relating to local government expenses.
     Amend KRS 64.345 relating to expenses of county clerks, sheriffs, and jailers in counties having a population of seventy thousand (70,000) and over, counties containing a city of the first class, and an urban-county or consolidated local government to specify that necessary office expenses shall include discretionary funds in amounts and for purposes authorized by the approving authority.
