Direct the Interim Joint Committee on Transportation to study remote controlled train technology and the related safety issues involved with remote controlled trains; require the study to be complete by October 31, 2003; direct that if the study results in legislative recommendations, the legislative proposals shall be drafted in order to be introduced on the first day of the 2004 Session.
