AN ACT related to mail order sale of wine.
     Amend KRS 244.165 to allow out-of-state wineries that do not have a wholesaler for specific brands in this state to apply for and pay a fee for a special order wine shipping license to ship directly to consumers for personal use; limit shipments to five cases of wine per consumer per calendar year; require board to promulgate administrative regulations to establish a state system to control the importation and transportation of wine; require winery to remit to the Commonwealth of Kentucky all excise taxes on wine shipped to consumers in this state; create penalties for violating provisions of this Act; require all shipments to be marked ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES. SIGNATURE OF PERSON AGE 21 OR OLDER REQUIRED FOR DELIVERY.
