AN ACT relating to the Kentucky Mentoring Partnership Council.
     Create a new section of KRS Chapter 158 to establish the Kentucky Mentoring Partnership Council to provide a statewide vision and strategic direction to increase the opportunities for Kentucky's children and youth to have a quality mentoring relationship that will support the individual needs of the child; establish the duties and the membership of the council; provide that, by August 15, 2003, council members shall be initially appointed by the Governor for 2 year terms by August 15, 2003.
