AN ACT relating to fetal homicide.
     Create a new section of KRS Chapter 507 to include unborn child from the point of viability within the definition of "person" for purposes of the criminal homicide statutes; state that KRS Chapter 507, relating to criminal homicide, does not apply to acts of a pregnant women that caused the death of her unborn child; state that, in a prosecution for the death of an unborn child, KRS Chapter 507 does not apply to health care providers in certain circumstances.
