     Urge Medicaid-participating nursing facilities to cease the policy of assessing patients and their families additional charges to compensate for the provider tax because the tax is being utilized by the Commonwealth to leverage additional federal funds for increased reimbursement to those facilities and such pass through is against the legislative intent of the General Assembly
