     AN ACT relating to sales and use taxes.
     Amend KRS 139.495 to provide a sales tax refund on sales of donated goods by nonprofit, charitable institutions if the refund is used as reimbursement for constructing new retail facilities in this state and the institution is involved in job training and placement and other community services; provide procedures for processing refund; provide that this Act takes effect August 1, 2005.
