     AN ACT relating to domestic relations.
     Amend KRS 405.465, relating to child support, to require employers to notify the Cabinet for Families and Children and child support agencies of any lump sum payment to an employee and then to pay to the Division of Child Support the amount specified by the division; amend KRS 406.021, relating to determination of paternity, to provide for enforcing the liabilities of either parent.

     HCS/FN - Retain original provisions, except amend KRS 405.564 to require only employers of 20 or more employees, rather than all employers, to report the lump sum payments to the cabinet or the cabinet's designee, rather than the cabinet or the child support enforcement agency; make technical amendment.

     HFA (1, D. Horlander) - Amend KRS 405.565 to define "lump sum payment of any kind"; make technical correction.
