     AN ACT relating to sales and use tax.
     Create a new section of KRS Chapter 139 and amend various sections of KRS Chapter 139 to conform to the Streamlined Sales and Use Tax Agreement; amend KRS 139.472 to exempt certain hospital beds from sales and use tax.
