AN ACT relating to commercial transactions.
Amend KRS 355.9-706, relating to financing statements to specify that KRS 355.9-506 determines filing of financing statements under this section and permits filing of the statement to contain minor errors or omissions; create a new section of KRS 190.090 to 190.140 to create statutes of limitations for filing actions relating to retail installment contracts and specify finance charges; repeal KRS 382.675, relating to recording motor vehicle liens, and repeal KRS 378.040, relating to conveyance or encumbrance of personal property without delivery--Effect prior to recording.
