     AN ACT relating to Internet pharmacies.
     Create a new sections of KRS Chapter 315, relating to pharmacies and pharmacists, to require Internet pharmacies to have a permit to operate in Kentucky and obey Kentucky pharmacy laws; specify permitted and prohibited acts for Internet pharmacies, how prescriptions for Internet pharmacies are to be filled, and related matters; give the Attorney General and Commonwealth's attorneys concurrent jurisdiction over felony offenses related to Internet pharmacies; provide for seizure and forfeiture of illegal shipments of drugs; amend KRS 315.010, relating to definitions, to conform; amend KRS 315.990, relating to penalties, to conform.
