     AN ACT relating to damage caused by wildlife and hunters.
     Create a new section of KRS Chapter 150 to allow counties to enact an ordinance creating a damage stamp program and fund to compensate landowners and motorists for damage caused by elk, deer, bear, or hunters; provide for a $5 damage stamp on all hunting licenses of persons hunting in a county with a damage stamp program; provide that hunting without a damage stamp in a county with a damage stamp program is unlawful; amend KRS 150.990 to provide a penalty.
