AN ACT relating to insurance policies.
Create a new section of Subtitle 12 of KRS Chapter 304 to require that a copy of an insured's life insurance policy be mailed or otherwise delivered to the insured within 15 days after receipt by the insurer of a written request from the insured; authorize the executive director of the office of insurance to revoke or suspend the license or certificate of insurance of the insurer who violates this section, or in lieu thereof or in addition thereto, impose the civil penalty in KRS 304.99-020.
