     AN ACT relating to drug overdose prevention.
     Create a new section of KRS 218A.010 to 218A.250 to require physicians and institutions treating persons with a drug overdose to report the case to the Cabinet for Health and Family Services; establish the requirements for the information to be included in the report; establish the Office of Vital Statistics as the repository of the centralized database; require the Office of Vital Statistics to issue a quarterly report; require the Cabinet for Health and Family Services to promulgate administrative regulations.
