AN ACT relating to motor vehicle registration.
Amend KRS 186.162 to provide for the issuance of a license plate to specific disabled veterans without assessment of state fee, clerk fee, or extra fee; establish that any person who is eligible to receive the disabled veteran plate may have the option to receive any registration plate for which they are eligible without payment of any fees; prohibit the ability to purchase a personalized plate.
