AN ACT relating to recreational use of private land.
Create a new section of KRS Chapter 382 to authorize a public-private recreational land use agreement; authorize government entities to enter agreements with private individuals and corporations for public recreational use of private lands; specify that the landowner shall not have liability for injuries sustained on the property; provide that the public use will not ripen into a claim for adverse possession change the status of the land, alter the land to make it unsuitable for mining, or cause a denial of a mining permit pursuant to KRS 350.085.
