     AN ACT relating to driving under the influence.
     Amend KRS 189A.010 relating to driving under the influence to increase the time to take a blood alcohol test from two hours after driving to four hours after driving; create a new section of KRS Chapter 189A to require law enforcement agencies in other jurisdictions in Kentucky to secure blood alcohol tests for requesting peace officers when the defendant is located in that other jurisdiction.
