     AN ACT relating to natural gas rate stabilization.
     Create new section of KRS Chapter 278 to provide for a procedure for adjustment of rates and charges of natural gas distribution utilities to reflect changes in expenses, revenues, investments, depreciation, and other changes in revenues and expenses; provide procedures for interested parties to challenge these adjustments; provide for related procedural matters including authorization for additional staffing for Public Service Commission to perform its duties under this section to be funded from assessments on natural gas utilities regulated under this section.
