     AN ACT relating to the compensation of elected county officials.
     Amend KRS 64.5275, relating to elected county officials, to restrict the salary, insurance, and participation in the retirement systems of an elected official who resigns office after the effective date of the Act, retires and is reemployed in the same office within six months; amend KRS 61.637 to conform.
