     AN ACT relating to water.
     Create a new section of KRS Chapter 224, subchapter 70 to establish a Floyd's Fork Water Resources Council; prescribe the membership of the council and the term of membership on the council; allow the Council to appoint a chair and adopt by-laws; allow the council to plan for and implement a pilot project to assess current stream loadings within the Floyd's Fork watershed and present alternatives for protecting water quality and manage growth economically; and require the council to make a report annually to the Interim Joint Committee on Agriculture and Natural Resources.
