AN ACT relating to maintenance of state assets.
     Create a new section of KRS 45.750 to 45.810 to establish within the capital construction fund a statewide deferred maintenance fund to be used as a supplemental source for funding deferred maintenance and government mandate needs of state agencies; establish parameters for operation of the fund; amend KRS 45.780 to permit transfers from the emergency repair, maintenance, and replacement account only if no other funding source is available.
