AN ACT relating to crime stoppers organizations and providing a mechanism for their funding.
     Create a new section of KRS 431.570 to 431.595 to permit funding of crime stoppers organizations by a $1 crime stoppers organization fee added to court costs on misdemeanor cases and violations (other than traffic violations) in which a fine is levied; specify how a crime stoppers organization becomes eligible for the funding and how the funds are to be accounted for and how they are to be expended.
