AN ACT relating to teachers' retirement.
     Create a new section of KRS Chapter 161, relating to teachers' retirement, to permit an active member to purchase credit for service in a federal Head Start agency; require the member to pay the full cost of purchasing the service credit; permit the member to make the purchase by installment payments.
