AN ACT relating to juveniles.
     Amend KRS 610.010, relating to court jurisdiction over children, to delete reference to reaching the age of 18 years; amend KRS 635.060 to provide that a child who attains the age of 18 while under commitment shall be returned to the committing court for further disposition of his or her case, and to provide that any child who turns 18 prior to the dispositional hearing may be treated as an adult; amend KRS 635.090 to establish a procedure for further dispositional review upon a child's attaining the age of 18 while committed.
