     AN ACT relating to crimes and punishments.
     Amend KRS 532.055 relating to the penalty phase of criminal trials to permit victim impact testimony to be introduced along with testimony relating to any physical, financial, or psychological harm suffered by the victim; create a new section of KRS Chapter 53 to specify manner in which restitution may be ordered; amend KRS 533.020 relating to probation to specify that probation continues until restitution is paid; amend KRS 533.030 relating to probation to conform.
