AN ACT relating to crimes and punishments.
     Amend KRS 439.3401 relating to violent offenders to apply statute to Class A and B felonies in which a nonparticipant is killed or receives serious physical injury and to any person who has been convicted of rape in the first degree or sodomy in the first degree, removing the requirement for death or serious physical injury to the victim of rape in the first degree or sodomy in the first degree.
