AN ACT relating to the reemployment of retirees.
     Amend KRS 61.637 to allow members of the state retirement systems retired under the provisions of KRS 61.592 to hold an elected city or county office, with payments and benefits from the original system to remain unaltered; prohibit the member from contributing to, or receiving benefits from, the elected office's retirement system.
