AN ACT relating to youth access to tobacco products.
Amend KRS 438.300 relating to the use of tobacco products to establish provisions of KRS Chapter 438 as minimum standards and permit local governments to enact more stringent standards or penalties relating to tobacco products and retailers as provided.
HB 381 - AMENDMENTS
HCS/FN - Delete everything after the enacting clause; direct the Legislative Research Commission to establish a Task Force on Teens and Tobacco; set forth the mandate and membership of the Task Force; require a report to the LRC no later than September 30, 1999.
HFA (1, G. Stumbo) - Retain original provisions of the HCS and add a member of the majority and minority party from each House to the membership of the task force.
