AN ACT relating to revenue and taxation.
     Amend KRS 134.810 to provide that motor vehicles with a salvage title held by an insurance company on January 1 shall not be taxed as motor vehicles but shall be subject to ad valorem tax as goods held for sale in the regular course of business; amend KRS 132.200 to exempt motor vehicles with a salvage title held by an insurance company from local property tax; provide that the amendments contained in this act shall apply for taxable years beginning after December 31, 1998.
