AN ACT relating to assessment companies.
     Create a new section of KRS Chapter 299 to provide that any company licensed under this chapter which fails to conduct certain business activities for a period of one year shall be prohibited from further operation and to set forth that no new licenses for assessment companies will be issued; amend KRS 299.460 to allow the commissioner to take certain actions; create a new section of KRS Chapter 299 to direct companies to provide certain information and to file it with the commissioner.
