AN ACT relating to insurance.
     Amend KRS 304.9-260 and 304.9-270 to require the department to distribute a listing of licensees in effect during the previous calendar year, any licensee not expressly terminated to continue licenses in effect, to require payment of fees on or before March 31; and amend KRS 304.9-280 to require if any agency appointment is not terminated, the insurer is subject to the fees.
