AN ACT relating to school accountability.
     Amend KRS 158.6455 to include classified employees in the calculation and distribution of school and district rewards when improvement goals are exceeded; make the average salary in the five school districts with the highest salary for teachers and for classified employees serve as the basis for calculating the reward amount.
