AN ACT relating to equine drug testing.
     Amend KRS 230.378 to delete the provision that the deduction for equine drug research not apply to the commission or pari-mutual tax of a receiving track or telephone account wagering. Amend KRS 230.265 to provide that the deduction for the equine drug research shall apply to all money wagered that is subject to the pari-mutual tax.
