     AN ACT relating to the approval of capital projects.
     Authorize construction and appropriate funding for two 120 bed veterans nursing homes for Kentucky; appropriate $300,000 in FY 1998-99, and $1,150,000 in FY 1999-2000 for general operation of the Western Kentucky and Eastern Kentucky veterans nursing homes.

Moberly) - Delete all language after the enacting clause relating to the appropriation of specific dollar amounts for the construction and operation of two veterans nursing homes and replace that language with language approving and authorizing the construction and operation of the nursing homes without the specific appropriations.
