AN ACT relating to guide dogs.
     Amend KRS 258.500 by adding a new subsection prohibiting persons, firms, corporations or agents thereof from willfully or maliciously interfering with a guide dog or guide dog user; exempt guide dogs from all state and local licensing fees; require state and local licensing authorities to accept a photocopy of the training certificate; amend KRS 258.991 to add firms, corporations, or agents thereof; increase minimum fine from $25.00 to $250.00 and increase maximum fine from $100 to $1,000; amend KRS 258.135 to conform.
