AN ACT relating to property tax administration.
     Amend KRS 132.320 to provide that any local district which has omitted tangible property assessed and taxed as the result of compliance efforts by the cabinet must share in the costs; amend KRS 132.486, 132.820, 136.180, and 136.1877 to require the taxpayer to pay on the valuation which he or she claims as true value.
