AN ACT relating to sexual offenses.
Amend KRS 510.110 relating to sexual abuse in the first degree to increase offense from Class D felony to Class C felony if offense is committed by digital penetration; amend KRS 510.120 relating to sexual abuse in the second degree to increase offense from Class A misdemeanor to Class D felony if offense is committed by digital penetration; amend KRS 510.130 relating to sexual abuse in the third degree to increase offense from Class B misdemeanor to Class A misdemeanor if offense is committed by digital penetration.
