AN ACT relating to alcoholic beverages.
     Amend KRS 244.010, relating to alcoholic beverage definitions, to specify that proof of age for purchase of alcoholic beverages must be a government-issued photo identification card showing the name and age or date of birth of the person; create a new section of KRS Chapter 244 to require sellers of alcoholic beverages to require proof of age; create a new section of KRS Chapter 244 to require employers to train employees on legal requirements for proof of age for purchase of alcoholic beverages; amend KRS 244.080, relating to sales of alcoholic beverages, to conform; amend KRS 244.085, relating to purchase of alcoholic beverages by person under 21, to conform; amend KRS 244.990 to provide Class A misdemeanor penalties for violation of newly created sections; create a new section of KRS Chapter 244 to require Alcoholic Beverage Control Board to inspect for sales of alcoholic beverages to minors.
