AN ACT relating to detection of deception examiners.
     Amend KRS 329.010 to define "polygraph examiner", "voice stress examiner", and "voice stress analyzer"; amend KRS 329.020, 329.030, 329.040, 329.043, and 329.250 to require that voice stress examiners be licensed in the same way as polygraph examiners.
