HB 609 (BR 1517) - De. Butler, J. Jenkins, E. Jordan

     AN ACT relating to alcoholic beverages.
     Amend various sections of KRS Chapters 241, 242, 243, and 244 to define terms; permit distillers, rectifiers, and vintners to maintain an aging warehouse; permit farm winery to sell at an off-premises retail site; delete language about costs of duplicate language; prohibit the issuance of a license within 200 feet of a church or classrooms; expand the amount of time in which an applicant whose license is denied can appeal to the board from 10 to 30 days; delete language on unfair transportation.
