AN ACT relating to police and firefighters retirement.
     Amend KRS 67A.492 to allow a surviving widow of a police or firefighter in an urban-county government who was married to a retired member 12 months prior to his death rather than six months prior to his retirement eligibility for an annuity and make eligibility retroactive to July 13, 1990.
