AN ACT relating to revenue and taxation.
     Create a new section of KRS Chapter 134 to permit federal retirees to file refund claims for taxes paid on federal pension income for tax years 1986, 1987, and 1988; require claims to be postmarked by May 1, 1999; amend KRS 131.183 to provide that these refunds shall not bear interest.
