AN ACT relating to income tax and declaring an emergency.
     Amend KRS 141.010 to exclude hourly wage income earned from a job that is eliminated because the job is moved out of country; create a new section of KRS Chapter 141 to provide that the Workforce Development Cabinet makes a determination if the loss of hourly jobs is a result of the company relocating jobs or the company's operations out-of-country; retroactively apply for taxable years beginning after December 31, 1996; EMERGENCY.
